Delivering a good night’s sleep to your door
STANDARD DELIVERY
We aim to deliver all goods within 2-10 working days as part of our free standard delivery service. We will call you on the number you provide when your order is ready for delivery. This call will be made 24 – 48 hours before the day of delivery to ensure you have plenty of time to make arrangements. Deliveries are made on an all-day appointment between the hours of 8am – 6pm.
EXPRESS DELIVERY
Available on most products, Express Delivery comes at an additional cost of £40, and orders over £500 receive this delivery service for free. We aim to deliver the goods 24 – 48 hours after the order has been processed, this will be dependant on the time of order. As with all our deliveries, we will call you on the provided number to arrange a delivery day. Deliveries are made between 8am and 6pm. Express Delivery is not currently available to the following areas, Cornwall, Devon, Somerset, Inverness, Aberdeen, Dundee, these areas can only be delivered under our Standard Delivery service.
WEEKEND DELIVERY
All our products have the option of a weekend delivery for an additional £40. The cut off time for a weekend delivery is 12pm on Wednesdays. Any orders placed after this time will be delivered the following weekend. As with all our deliveries, we’ll call you to arrange an exact day. Deliveries are made between 8am and 6pm on a Saturday or Sunday.
